The non-hazardous medium in each plate group flows on the side of the gasket, and the dangerous medium flows in the middle of the welded plate. The process combination of alternating gaskets and welding ensures that the media do not mix.
▶The weld side has a custom, damage-resistant ring gasket. Our semi-welded plate heat exchangers have a long product life and provide safe, leak-free operation with a greatly reduced exposed gasket area.
